This oval bonsai pot takes its rounded, scalloped lotus rim into the Professional Series line, glazed blue and sized at 8.25 by 7.25 by 3.5 inches outside, with a 7.5 by 6.5 by 3 inch interior. Through the middle it runs somewhat deeper than an oval of comparable length is normally built, and grooves lining the interior walls and floor are meant to help keep roots in place while a tree is trained. Heavy duty covers sit over the drainage opening, and wire threaded through the base ahead of time saves the step of fitting anchor wire before securing a trunk.
